Dear valued clients and friends of Ross Marine,

Boatyards and Marinas are part of Homeland Security's critical infrastructure and considered "essential" business. Therefore, we will continue to serve the marine community but with some new policies in place.

Ross Marine is responding to the rapidly changing environment caused by the continued spreading of coronavirus (COVID-19). At Ross Marine, we feel well prepared to maintain all of our services, and we acknowledge there may be needed adjustments along the way as we, along with you, navigate through these unprecedented times. We highly value your business, and we appreciate your patience with us during these disrupted times.


Highlights of Ross Marine's COVID-19 Policies and Procedures affecting Customer, Sub-Contractor and Guest interactions.

1. Social Distancing- We have decided to stop all access for people other than our employees and select sub-contractors onto the yard and in offices. Customers will not be allowed on the yard, the only exceptions will be to drop a vessel off at our docks, or to pick up a vessel from our docks.

2. Communication with Ross Marine- We ask that all correspondence be either by phone or email. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.

3. All work orders, invoices and other communications will be sent via email. If you request, we can mail hard copies to your address.

4. Possible delays: Our crew and sub-contractors have been impacted by school closures and we are operating Some days without our full workforce. Additionally, we are allowing 1 person inside a boat, then there will be a 24hr waiting period before any other employees, subcontractors, or customers will be allowed. This may make some interior work take a little longer than usual.


Our company is devoted to the health and safety of our people, clients, and boating communities we serve. With safety as our primary concern, Ross Marine is taking all necessary precautions with each decision oriented around our people and our clients.
